Pros:

Otel, Turunç tepesinde güzel bir konuma sahipti. Temizliği gayet iyiydi. İşletmeci Çetin Bey oldukça ilgiliydi; gezilecek yerler hakkında detaylı ve faydalı bilgiler paylaştı. Misafirlerin rahatı için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltı temiz, taze ve lezzetliydi. Bize her konuda destek olan Çetin beye ve genç personel Berat kardeşimize teşekkür ederiz.

Nous avons été déçus du début à la fin. Ça a commencé par l’accueil qui n’était vraiment pas chaleureux. Nous avions réservé une chambre « économique », cette dernière se trouve dans la réception carrément. Nous n’avions jamais vu ça. Donc si vous n’avez pas d’autres options que la chambre économique, ne réservez pas. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois le prix d’une machine à laver. Le réceptionniste ne savait pas nous répondre et nous a indiqué plusieurs heures plus tard seulement que faire une machine à laver coûtait $10 (est-ce de l’eau bénie qui va laver notre linge ou quoi?). Nous nous sommes douchés et avons découvert une serviette des anciens clients qui étaient toujours accrochée. Cette serviette a été utilisée mise au sol afin que le service de ménage puisse la remporter, et elle a juste été raccrochée avec nos serviettes. La piscine ne semble pas chauffée, les transats à disposition sont en plastique de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons en revanche considérablement apprécié la literie.

4 günlük Turunç tatilimizde bu otelde konakladık. Odaların temizliği, yeniliği ve rahatlığı oldukça iyi. Mükemmel manzaralı bir terası da bulunmakta. Otelin konumu da oldukça sakin bir muhitte, dağların içinde . Ayrıca merkeze de çok yakın . İşletme sahibi ve çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgililer. Biz her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar geleceğimize şüphe yok.
