The drawback was no microwave.

Recommend either a longer shower curtain or plexi glass to separate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom as water was settling near the toilet.

The location was also near the airport.

Very nice place to stay.

Our stay was mostly very good. Laundry was the most frustrating thing as it required an account with a different company and the account had to be manually confirmed by that company which took until the next afternoon to be completed. Staff replied to my first email with questions after check then did not reply again which was also frustrating. The show was wonderful as it had a lot of pressure but we had to be careful not to flood the floor.

No Fan in second room, which makes very hot in summer time. All lights are very dim and not enough mirrors in rooms.

The property was immaculately clean and twin beds were really good in the bedroom. It had a well equipped kitchen but there was no microwave. The sofa bed was huge, and not too comfortable. It was okay bed. The property was fully secured. I highly recommend this property and if ever travel in Geneva, I would definitely stay in this property.

Clean, convenient location, bakery and grocery nearby.

We had a fantastic family stay in an amazing modern apartment with all the facilities you need to make you comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were incredibly comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep.

The rapid response from the service team when a teddy was lost in the cleaning was the best customer service I have experienced.

The area has a good variety of options for food and other essentials. Plenty of nice restaurants covering a wide variety of food styles. Our recommendation would be the Indian Mediterranean restaurant Safir. There are four supermarket options nearby of varying sizes.

For children there is an amazing modern style amusement arcade in the basement, and due to the fantastic thought put into the design of the Etang area there are several parks and playgrounds within walking distance of the apartment.

The transport connections to the airport, city centre, and the wider Geneva canton area are great and all included in the free Geneva Transport Pass that comes with the apartment.

I would highly recommend here for a stay either as a family or as a business traveller.

Slow wifi, could be improved.

Great comfort. Clean apartment and laundry available. But getting the app sorted a bit complicated. The self check in is great. Need a bit more instructions for operating the oven and stove etc.

Its a cosy and well equipped apartment with good quality furnishings and beddings. Only minus point is the smell from toilet.

There’s no air conditioner. We’re asking to get soap and shampoo, stuff didn’t bring, then we call they said they forgot to bring soap and shampoo. Stuff promised to get us second fan for kids and never brought, however we are asking twice.

The apartment was clean and located very close to a tram line and there’s also a bus stop outside the building, taking you to the airport in 10 minutes.

There are a couple of supermarkets within close walking distance / ground floor of the building. There’s also a corner shop selling world foods across the road.

One con, is the bathroom. There’s quite a strong sewage smell in there. Hence, why I’ve knocked off one star.

Otherwise really enjoyed my stay here and the convenience of the location to the necessities.

에어컨은 없지만 덥지 않았고 6일 묵었는데 클리닝이 오지 않은 점은 아쉬웠습니다.
그외에 오븐을 포함한 주방시설이나 조리기구들이 다양했습니다.

Clean, spacious for the price. Good location. Not sure why bathroom smells a little bit weird. Maybe something with bathroom pipe?

I will definitely be booking this place again

Good flat as hotel set up; plenty of space, kitchen, dish washer. Near bus and shopping. Door codes (need to use 3 times to get into room) a small inconvenience. No AC, a hassle in a warming world.

Apartment was ideal for what we wanted.

Close to the airport and easy transport.
Nice and new clean property.

Everything was fine, only thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom stank a bit and it was very warm at night as there’s no A/C and you can’t have the windows open due to the noise of the airport.

Good but they must improve their communication

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! It was convenient to the tram into the old part of the city. Having restaurants and grocery stores just downstairs was extra nice. We appreciated the ability to log into Netflix. The only suggestion we have is to add a full length mirror somewhere.
