We were happy with our stay, the only
Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building.
Breakfast was good, good variety of food.

Pros:

Insgesamt ein tolles neues Hotel. Der Adult-Bereich mit Pool und Spa ist jedoch 150 m Fußweg entfernt. Schöner Saunabereich, leider im Keller, daher sehr schlechte Luft. Frühstück sehr gut, Umgebung toll. Viele Gaststätten. Ich möchte nicht im Winter hier sein, wenn noch mehr Menschen da sind . Dafür ist die Infrastruktur (Liftanlagen, Parkplätze) nicht ausgelegt. 95% polnische Gäste, deutsche Kommunikation kaum vorhanden.
Preise fast wie in Deutschland.

Five Star experience at a budget price.
Pros:

Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. All staff in the hotel were polite, efficient and hard working and most of them spoke English. The Italian Piati restaurant was also very nice, had good good and very attractive prices, for a five star resort.

Pros:

Es ist eine schöne ,weitläufige Anlage,alles sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück sehr lecker. Das Appartement war in einem sehr guten Zustand, gute größe ,bequemes Bett. Was zu bemängeln war das es keine Garderobe gab, im Bad auch nur ein Hacken. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber als Appartement für 3 Personen wären die Möglichkeiten zum Sachen verstauen zu wenig.
Ansonsten können wir es weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten ruhige und entspannte Tage. Positiv überrascht waren wir vom Programm der Ferienanlage, gestern gab es u.a. Livemusik in der Bar.
