Sahipleri çok yardımsever ve iyi insanlar kahvaltı gayet sağlıklı tazeydi Herşey , odalar gayet rahat ve tertemiz biz çok memnun kaldık konum olarak da çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde gayet konforlu tekrar gitsem yine burda kalırım.

Overall good but no noise isolation - one can hear other guests and whatever is going on around like it’s all in your room

Annem ile 3 gece konakladigimi bu otelde temizlik icin herhangi bir olumsuz yorumum yok temizdi. Kahvalti icin bir beklentiniz olmasin 2 kisilik gelen kahvaltida peynirler gercekten kibrit kutusu kadar kisi basi birer dilim ve 2 ser zeytin eklenmisti. Cay yerine sabah kahvaltida 1 kahve isteyince ek ucret odedik. Ve kahvaltida istedigimiz 1 er adet su icin de ayni sekilde ek ucret odedik. Bunlar buyuk mevlalar degil zaten tatile geldik tabi ucretsiz sinirsiz bi hizmet beklemiyoeuz ama daha once bir suru kucuk isletmenin pansiyonumda kaldim boyle kucuk hesaplarla karsilasmadim. Odada klima vardi temizdi oda temizligini de istege bagli yapiyorlardi ucretli mi diye soramadik. Mini dolap calismiyordu bunu ilettigimizde terastaki dolaba iceceklerimizi koyabilecegimizi soylediler.

Mükemmeldi özellikle yerin sahibi olan eray abi ve güler ablanın samimi içten ve kendi evimize gelmiş gibi yakın davranışları ve güler yüzlü oluşları çok iyiydi bize her konuda yardımcı oldular gezi turlarımızı bile hemen ayarladılar temizlik,kahvaltı aile ortamı daha ne ararsanız herşey mükemeldi artık her gelmemizde burda kalacağız bundan eminim hepsine çok teşekkür ederim

The hotel itself is clearly new and very clean, the rooms were small but enough for us! The only con I can think of is the lack of parking around the hotel, the streets are very narrow and you need to park and walk a couple mins to the hotel. It is very close to the city centre;maybe a 5-6 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast terrace was very nice and had a great view of the city and marina. It’s also quiet during the night which is very nice.

Otelin sahipleri çok nazik ve ilgililerdi.Oda çok temizdi.Televizyonunda Netflix,YouTube vardı.Biz görmeden gittigimiz bir önceki otel deneyimimiz den dolayı cesaret edemedik,sadece 1 gecelik oda ayarladik ama gayet konforlu bir oteldi.Tekrar gideceğimiz de tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.Teşekkürler.

İşletme sahibi Güler hanım çok tatlı, çok yardım sever ve çok doğal içten birisi. Biz 5 gün kaldık, oda biraz küçüktü ama çok sorun olmadı. Otaparkı yok ama hemen yakınında park edecek yerler var hiç sorun yaşamadık. Şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde.

Very nice small boutique hotel owned by a brother and sister. They renovated their grandmothers house into this beautiful hotel located in downtown within walking distance of the main markets, shops, restaurants, mosque, waterfront, and bus stop to the beaches and other areas. The lovely included breakfast was served on the terrace on the top floor with wonderful views and they also serve pay for food and drinks as well. We stayed in 2 different rooms as shown in the photos.

Great location dowtown and you can walk to everything you need including a bus stop to the beach. Owners are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you for a nice stay.

This is a beautiful house in the old district of Fethiye. Although there is no dedicated parking, there were plenty of spaces nearby on the road. Everything went smoothly and the accommodation was wonderful. It is a short walk to the tombs and a very good restaurant.

We have a great stay at Uva Rooms! It’s a family run hotel and the staff were brilliant. We had a small issue caused by a city wide power cut and the staff went above and beyond to resolve it. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms and terrace are beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay at Uva Rooms. New hotel with modern rooms and facilities. Very clean, comfortable and quiet in a great location a short walk to all sights. We stayed in the standard double which might be a bit small for people with large luggage but they have bigger rooms. Terrace views and breakfast amazing. Highly recommend.
