Pros:

Un week-end agréable, confort correct, petit déjeuner très bien, accueil et service excellent, parking sécurisé, jolies terrasses, tout était très bien, pour un tarif très avantageux.
Bien que cela ne nous pose aucun problème, l'idée du partage de l’établissement entre seniors et visiteurs devrait être expliqué et valorisé lors de la présentation du site.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit sur place mais l'appartement est correct, propre et bien équipé. Au calme et le petit déjeuner servi directement dans l'appartement par un personnel très gentil c'est parfait.
Le plus difficile reste a trouver l'endroit car rien sur la façade n'indique un appart'hôtel par contre il y est noté "Residence séniors". La cohabitation est très bien mais nous aurions aimé le savoir à la réservation, ce qui déjà nous aurais evité de passer 3 fois devant sans nous arrêté (aucune indication) et nous aurais laisser le choix d'accepter ou non en connaissance de cause plutôt qu'etre confronté a des personnes âgées et du personnel soignant brutalement.

Très confortable, très propre, très silencieux. Personnel, adorable,Seule chose, les oreillers sont beaucoup trop dur mal au cou le lendemain.

Ist ein Seniorenheim im Umbruch, aber immer noch Senioren da, von denen man versucht wird fern gehalten zu werden. Warum? Steht man nicht zu älteren Menschen?

Chambre d'hotel correcte.
En revanche c'est une résidence sénior ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce et qui est surprenant en arrivant.

Pour une nuit pas de problème, par contre pour des vacances en famille ca pourrait être déplaisant;

A ce jour, la signalétique est manquante. Il est surprenant d'arriver devant une résidence sénior ... On se demande si on ne s'est pas trompé d'adresse.
Passée la porte, l'accueil est très satisfaisant, l'appartement très confortable avec un personnel très chaleureux
