Great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants. Staff was amazing. Pablo helped us so much throughout our stay. I wish they can add more beds for the family stay.

Mexico City is a busy place and the room we had was so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful patio surrounded by plants. We only stayed one night but I want to stay here every time we come back to the city. Perfect place, comfortable everything in the room, plenty of cool spots within walking distance. 10/10
I highly recommend this property! As soon as you walk through the doors there is a sense of tranquillity even though you are nestled amongst a thriving neighbourhood. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The room is thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. Amazing restaurants and shopping all in walking distance.
Our room was beautiful and spacious and access to the room was quick and convenient. There was a small issue in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. The room was serviced every day and we had clean white towels every time. We also received great suggestions for restaurants and tours. We actually booked one of the tours and it was great. The service at this hotel is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing room in a beautiful neighbourhood. Love the design of the room, it has all the amenities. The rooftop was amazing. Pablo was most helpful.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The front desk team was very helpful (Isaac and Pablo and the other front desk guy). They helped us with making reservations for experiences in the city and gave us good recommendations.
The hotel was very clean, smelled great, is nicely designed and our room, which was on the bottom floor, had a nice big comfortable layout. It rained this whole past week so we didn't get to spend time in our patio but loved looking at it. The place was very peaceful.
The location is great and we found it to be very safe and conveniently located.
Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Summary: the hotel is nice, but the service was terrible.
Arrived and the bellman helped with luggage, that was a nice touch. At first everything seemed good but then one by one things got worse.
I asked at the hotel restaurant for change for a 500 peso bill so I could tip the doorman for helping with the luggage. He was extremely rude and said NO. Not even in a polite way, just a rude. I believe it was the manager.
Then at check in the staff was nice but one policy you should know is that check in is at FOUR 4pm!! and check out is at 11am! VERY inconvenient when you are transferring from another hotel.
Now it got bad. We checked in and left for a bit. When we came back we noticed the window shades were closed and it was dark in the room. We left them open. We asked the front desk and they paused then said "Oh, we provide courtesies like this to our guests." but it was like he invented that on the spot.
We did NOT give any authorization to enter our room without notice. We were not told about "courtesies" like this during check-in.It was very suspicious that someone went into our room without asking us after we already unpacked. The pillows are unusable. They are so big that we could not lay our heads on them comfortably.When I asked for others, they had none. lastly I left my electronic toothbrush in the bathroom after check out. When I called to ask for them to hold it for me , they said they didnt have it. I know i left it. It just dissapeared.. do not trust Onto.
This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.
Great location, and the staff was very quick to help with any questions we had about the area. The room was massive and chic.
The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better but otherwise great accommodation
