Jinglai Hotel Shanghai Bund Branch

El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de Nanjing Road East y The Bund, me costo un poco encontrarlo ya que la.ubicacion de Booking esta errada , pero preguntando llegue sin problemas .

Just 10 minutes walk to the shopping street. The room was ok for 1-2 nights. It was hard to find that it was no sign of the hotel at street level as it was hidden inside a building with elevator. Had to call them to come and find me at the street.

Very comfortable place to stay. Near the attractions, restaurant, street food, shops. There's a coffee machine, ice cubes at the lobby. 2 big washing machine and a dryer. 2 complimentary bottled water daily, and daily room cleaning. Comfy bed and good AC. Very quiet location. The hotel lobby is located at the 3rd floor. Staff are very hospitable and very helpful. Wifi is really good, but I rarely use it because I have a great data plan with China mobile that can access the internet outside of Mainland. Lots of good local shops outside the hotel. There's a really good pancake shop nearby. Don't miss it.

除了位置方便到外灘和步行街都是步程之内，其他地方不要有要求，只作一宿，还有厕所易塞，夜了無人当值还要自己用厕所泵通渠。

Friendly and helpful staffs with perfect location where basically walking distance from many attractions such as Nanjing shopping district and waterfront Waitan. The hotel also come with free washing machines and dryer which is a big plus! Recommended!

Walking distance to Nanjing Walking Street. Convenient but hard to find at the first time.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Sheets and towels were clean but the property itself was rusty and old. The walls, carpet and curtains were worn out. Ir was a good 10 mins walk to the Bund

False advertising on Expedia. The picture shows the Peace hotel .
Out taxi driver took us there . The conceige at the peace hotel said they have been complaining about this issue for a long time .
However this hotel is 10 mins away.
The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor of a building on the back street .

１つのビルに３軒のホテルが入っています。
部屋は日本のビジネスホテルぐらいの広さなので、不便はありませんが、気を付けてください。

ホテルが写真と違って混乱のしました。部屋と立地は普通ですが、もっとちゃんとホテル探すべきだった。

Pictures of property are wrong on Expedia, which is misleading. No Hotel name visible from outside building so very hard to locate

The location is great - only a few blocks from the Bund and walking district. The customer services are above and beyond. I was taken care of by the great staff, including a food delivery services, when I got to the hotel late at night. The manager even provided stain remover! Overall I was very satisfied by their great services

It was hard to find the hotel because exterior photo was different. It was inconvenient because we couldn’t flush toilet paper directly down the toilet and had to throw it in a nearby trash can. There is also distrust towards Expedia for not sharing such information.

Basic, but neat and comfortable hotel just off Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Alice and Yosh at reception were absolutely brilliant and looked after me day and night. The coffee machine in the lobby is a nice touch. A great budget option close to all the major attractions in wonderful Shanghai.

The main thing is that the image they are using to promote this hotel - the front of the hotel - is actually of another high class hotel. The front entrance of this hotel is actually very very poor. So this is very deceptive and Wotif should remove this listing. It's a classic bait and switch. The room itself was okay. Nice bed and nice sheets and decent bathroom. The staff were nice. But the building itself is very very poor. I can understand why they are using another image.
