Highliner Hotel

Great location. Room smelled like a locker room. Unpleasant.

Room was really small for one person. My stuff for my 5 day stay was everywhere. The fan made knocking noise, the TV remote was missing and did not work for 2 days. The lights flickered in the bathroom during the day but not early in the mornings. Will not be staying again.

Clean room. Easy to get in and out. not the hotels fault but had loud domestic disturbance in room across hall, police were quick to respond. 3rd floor room (two rooms rented) had a leaky ceiling.

Clean room, comfortable beds (pillows could use an update). Only down was the led flashing light from the coffee shop…maybe they could unplug it for evening hours.

Comf and nice, things needed are very well prepared and heart warming. No secret extra fees.

Absolutely delightful! Comfy beds, clean, and walking distance to several restaurants.

Everything was great except the room was consistently hot even with the a/c on.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Hightide cafe in lobby with breakfast and lunch options. I would definitely stay here again. There are a few steps to navigate to checkin and get to rooms. Within walking distance to lots of food, shopping and city buses.

Completely contactless check in. Easy to get in. Good area.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Plenty of hot water in shower. Needed to walk a few blocks to restaurants and shopping if you didn’t have a car. Keyless entry for hotel and room. Didn’t interact with staff but they texted us all the information we needed in plenty of time. Could here footsteps from room above at night-not big deal.

No a/c, with windows open to a street left us feeling uncomfortable/ unsafe leaving them open all night.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay. I stayed there in May and it was the perfect! There is a great bakery nearby which offers some of the best baked goods I ever ate!

Clean. Essentially no contact with staff which was nice. We arrived late, and had no trouble finding the place, parking, or checking in. Nice. And it’s within walking distance of Fire Island Bakery.

Nice clean hotel, comfortable bed friendly staff. A little coffee shop in the lower level and a nice bakery breakfast-lunch place a block away. Easy 4 block walk to downtown. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage until the room was clean about 12:30 for early check-in. No elevator, but they helped get luggage upstairs

Self check in was easy….walkable around town. Short overnight stay with early out so didn’t get to try coffee shop or interact much with any staff. Comfy bed
