they sent us to the other apartment not the one we booked, and put us into one unit we booked two unit

They putted us on a different building not the one we rent we need to bring the luggage to walk 10 minutes to other building and we had two bookings and they putted us into one booking in one unit. Two family had to live together. it’s a scam. Never ever book again.

this was the worst decision i have made in my life , room was given with one bedroom not done stating house keeping was busy , there was no water in the kitchen for 2 days i was told maintenance was informed but they are not responding , fire drills daily without informing the guest , i had booked till the 17 Aug but checked out 15 Aug as it was a horrible place to stay , it states 4 star but cant even rate it 1 Star , do not ever chose to stay in this place i have attached a photo of the room upon check in

Pros:

If the rooms would be like on the photos, it would be great! Our curtains were broken/hanging down, the room safe was not able to use, etc. Good price for the value. If you would have paid more, you would be disappointed

Easy check in through the skyscraper's reception: you come in, let the security guard know that you have a reservation and the host comes downstairs to hand you over the key. Easy process. Rooms are great for the price paid, we stayed in a one that directly faces the Petronas twin towers. The skyscraper is definitely one of the top 10 locationwise for those who want to stay as close as possible to the Petronas. The host Akbar is reacheable throughout the stay, is very friendly and professional and can organize room cleaning or bring extra water bottles if needed. All free of charge.
One thing to note for those who have a late flight is that the reception of the building has no facilities for storing your luggage once you check out. The host helped us out and kept the luggage till 6 PM in his office, however be aware that picking it up after 6 PM may be tricky. However the host offers an very reasonable late check out fee of 100 MYR which would allow you to stay in the room till 9 PM. We unfortunately found out about it way too late once we checked out already.

Overall a great stay, the property is highly recommended.
