Excellent budget option with a great location
Pros:

Great location (3 blocks from Grand Central-42 St), comfortable bed, and daily housekeeping. Satisfactory private bathroom incl. hot shower water. The room includes a safe for storing valuables. Prompt maintenance service.

Cons:

The room is on the smaller side. Tap water was discolored, and it was unclear where to obtain drinking water otherwise, so I resorted to drinking bottled water. No kettle or minifridge, although that is to be expected. Only 3 elevators so some waiting might be expected.

Un hôtel qui m'a permis de profiter pleinement de mon expérience à NYC
Pros:

Hôtel très très bien situé. J'ai trouvé le prix correct pour New York. Vous trouverez facilement des restaurants et des supérettes à côté notamment Trader Joe's, shake shack, 7th street burger, CVS et autres. Pas mal de lieux touristiques sont situés non loin de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Un bruit assourdissant provenant de l'extérieur mais appartenant à l'hôtel était présent toutes les nuits. Ça ne m'a pas beaucoup gêné car j'étais très fatiguée et avec des boules quies ça passe mais cela reste dérangeant.
La chambre était très petite, pour y dormir ça passe mais il faut le savoir. Je pense qu'il y a la possibilité de mettre un petit frigo dans la chambre. Une brosse WC serait un plus.

Séjour très agréable au Pod 39 Hotel, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Pod 39 à New York. Les chambres sont petites, mais largement suffisantes si l’on y va simplement pour dormir après de longues journées à visiter la ville. L’hôtel est très bien localisé, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. Tout était propre et le ménage était toujours bien fait. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. La rue est aussi plutôt sûre, ce qui est rassurant quand on rentre le soir. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à New York.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne la salle de bain qui n’est pas assez séparée de la chambre. L’humidité arrive très vite après une douche. Il faut donc bien aérer la chambre, mais ce n’est pas toujours pratique, surtout le soir quand on rentre tard et qu’on veut simplement prendre une douche et se coucher. En hiver, ouvrir la fenêtre pour évacuer l’humidité peut être assez inconfortable.

Molto funzionale. Stanza piccola ma ben strutturata. Pulizia giornaliera efficientissima. Acqua calda per bevande sempre disponibile al bar.

Cons:

Impianto di riscaldamento rumoroso, le finestre sigillano poco.

I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THIS VERY INEXPENSIVE HOTEL.

Me gustó todo. La habitación muy limpia, la ubicación excelente, desde la ventana de mi habitación se veía el Empire State, el personal muy agradable y el ambiente del hotel por las tardes es muy divertido desde mi. El día de salida te guardan las maletas para que puedas pasearte la ciudad hasta la hora de tu vuelo
