Pros:

Hotel stay was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional staff and consistently poor customer service. Despite repeated requests, basic amenities such as water, cutlery, and other fundamental essentials were missing Such negligence shows a clear lack of responsibile and proper service standards. Overall, the experience fell far below what any customer should reasonably expect.
