Pros:

Expedia has the wrong address.
At check in at the beginning not want take credit card.
Wi fi for the tv doesn’t work ( have to use my hot spot).
Next morning no hot water (they said is solar)
Horrible experience!!

No hotel exists at the address, nor in the neighborhood. I went to a nearby hotel to ask if they knew where Hotel Monte Agave was and the receiptionist told me that I was not the first person to inquire. She said there is no hotel by that name in the immediate area and calle Limon 50 does not exist. I had 4 local people helping me to find this location, two of them thought it was probably a ranch outside of town. To add more to the challenge, Hotel Monte Agave does not answer their phone but rather they send an Expedia text asking that you send them a WhattsApp message so they can send you directions to their location. I spent betrween 4:30-5:30p in almost 100 degree heat walking around looking for this place,. My phone was not working as it was too hot for the network. Very bad experience. This hotel should not be on Expedia until such time as it has a verified address and a phone that is answered at the property.

Los colchones están comodisimos.. llegamos y la de recepción nos checo que estuviera bien todo el cuarto las vistas son impresionantes y dormi hasta el día siguiente nada de ruido 🙏

Muy buena vista, pero el cuarto no estaba tan limpio, había popo de perritos anteriores, no ponen jabón, la TV por cable no se veía, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la alberca no tenía agua
