İstanbul'un kalbinde mükemmel bir otel! Daha kapıdan girer girmez otelin mis gibi kokusu ve tertemiz havası sizi karşılıyor. Sabah saat 10.00'da gelmemize rağmen check-in saati beklemeden odamıza alındık- bu kadar nazik ve profesyonel bir karşılamayı uzun zamandır görmemiştik. Odalar modern, ferah ve inanılmaz konforlu. Yataklar bulut gibi, yastıklar ise şimdiye kadar kullandığım en rahat yastiklardı. Banyosu tam bir tasarım harikası ve otelin her köşesi pırıl prıl. Günlük temizlik mükemmel yapılıyor, hatta camlar bile her gün siliniyor.
Ve bu oteli gerçekten özel kılan şey: ekibi. Bellboy Abdurrahman, profesyonelliği, dikkati ve zarafetiyle otelin kalbi. Söylemeden ihtiyaçlarınızı anlıyor, her detay incelikle hallediyor. Sercan, Erkan ve Hasan Bey misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen, her zaman güler yüzlü yöneticiler. Garson Esra Nur Hanım ise sabah kahvaltılarını enerjisiyle bir keyfe dönüştürüyor. Kisacası; konfor, temizlik ve misafirperverliğin mükemmel birleşimi.
