Pros:

Room was very good nice and clean. Very close to the sea. Nice SPA and gym. Only one minus that is no restaurant open in the hotel. Probably only during the Winter time.

Pros:

Ansich ein schönes Hotel direkt am Strand.
Schöne Dachterrasse aber leider nicht zu Ende gedacht.

Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert wenn man auf einige Sachen hinweg schauen kann.

Punkt 1:

Leider ist das Thema Frühstück welches nur von 8 bis 10 Uhr angesetzt ist ein minus Punkt.
Frühstücksraum zu klein , laut , auch bisschen schmutzig.

Punkt 2 :
Checkout bei Abreise 10 Uhr ist in meinen Augen ein bisschen frech, da man ja nur von 8 bis 10 auch Frühstücken kann.

Punkt 3:
Room Service mit Zimmer Reinigung etwas schwierig man muss ankündigen das man neue Bettwäsche will etc. Leider auch ein Minus Punkt.

Punkt 4:
Wir sind mit Hund angereist haben pro Tag 100 zloty bezahlt.
Kein Napf oder Leckerli auf dem Zimmer geschweige n ein Napf mit Wasser vor dem Hotel für die Hunde.
Wenn man ein Hotel ist und sagt Hunde willkommen ist ein Wassernapf am Eingang das mindeste.

Punkt 5:
Rezeption sehr schön gestaltet und auch willkommen Wasser für die Gäste.

Leider liegt hier nicht bei allen mitarbeiten das Wohl des Gastes an erster Stelle.
Nach dem wir nach gefragt hatten warum wir Geld bezahlen für den Hund würde man schnell wieder weg geschickt mit der Begründung ist halt so.

Zusammenfassenden ist es wirklich schön dort aber sehr Verbesserungsfähig wir sind nicht abgeneigt dem Hotel ne zweite Chance zu geben.

Mir macht es den Anschein es gibt einen Investor und ihn ist es egal was passiert Hauptsache Geld verdienen. Leider kein Manager antreffbar vor Ort.
