Pros:

After making my reservation through hotels.com and being approved in the system, I went to the hotel on March 24, 2025.
I was rejected by the hotel because the system was closed and the hotel was fully booked.
When I learned the truth, I learned that this was not the case, hotel rooms were sold to groups at higher prices and those who made reservations through Hotels were cancelled, and it was also done to avoid paying taxes.
This hotel's reservation sites should be cancelled and penalized.

Pros:

I arrived from the US to Mecca with this hotel booked at least a month before. I found my booking was canceled and I had to go to another hotel. Same thing happened with other people who arrived at the same time. I’m pretty sure those guys at the hotel don’t want their rooms to be booked early coz they can have them booked at a higher price in the month of Ramadan. I strongly strongly strongly recommend against booking with them.

Wir kann Expedia ein Hotel anbieten der bestätigte Buchungen nicht akzeptiert..... Bezahlt und bestätigt und auf Strasse übernachtet!!!


How come Expedia accepts a hotel which does not give you a room despite prepayment and confirmation!!!!! Paid and confirmes and slept on the street because they just said "call expedia... we dont have a room"

حسبي الله و نعم الوكيا ... حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل و دعوة المظلوم.... دفعت و تم تاكيد الحجز مسبقا و عند الوصول اتفاجأ بالعون الاستقبال بخبرني انه ليس لظيه غرف... لكنه يعطي غرف ب خمسة اضعاف السعر لكن يدفع

Pros:

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I booked it for 4 nights on the last 10 days of Ramadan 2025. I got scammed. I went there and was told that they have no room for me and they don’t deal with bookings via Expedia or Bookings.com. I had to book another hotel and pay extra. Currently, in contact with Expedia and my bank for a chargeback claim. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
