Pros:

Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though...
Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel.
Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight.

Pros:

It’s a very new Hotel. Any closer to the Mekong and you’re wet. Only (sic) issue; no Elevator, 4 Floors.
