Pros:

What an Aamzing hotel ! 1) The owner shares the same faith as I do which is a huge thing for me . 2) the staff are so friendly and helpful . I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . You’ll truly know the meaning of perseverance , hardwork and dedication . Glad I stayed at this hotel.

Pros:

The room was clean and cozy even though with ongoing construction on the ground floor. Well equipped with toiletries. And clean towels and sheets. The staffs were accommodating and nice, we just had trouble sometimes with the reception as no one stays due to construction.

Affordable, clean, perfect location, friendly team
Pros:

Room and choice of minimal decor is beautiful. You can comfortably walk barefoot in their room, and the thoughtfully provided toiletries fill the space with a delightful fragrance, enhancing the overall ambiance.

A moment we felt we’re really on vacation is when we can see beach view from our bed. We experienced this in Kaza.

While the property is currently undergoing construction for its upcoming hotel restaurant, this was transparently communicated in the room listings. Zati ensures that guests are fully informed, allowing them to make their own decision when booking. For us, choosing to stay at Kaza was the perfect decision.

Kaza is a charming and peaceful retreat, away from the crowds. During our four-day, three-night stay, we never bumped into any other guests, its in a way good privacy to me.

And though construction is ongoing, it did not really bother us and doesnt take away from the overall experience. In fact, we see it as a testament to Kaza’s business success and commitment to continuous improvement.

One common concern in Siargao Properties is noise from nearby clubs, from our room at Kaza, we didn’t hear a thing—allowing us to fully enjoy the tranquility of our stay.

Zati, the owner, is exceptionally warm and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to ensure each guest has an unforgettable stay. Her natural talent for hospitality shines through, as she is incredibly personable and genuinely dedicated to making every visitor's experience exceptional. THANK YOU

Nice cold clean room
Pros:

The hotel is undergoing construction, which I was told immediately after booking a non-refundable rate.
I didn’t mind the construction since I was mostly at my friends resort hanging out, but this is definitely not the hotel to lounge and chill.
Staff is super friendly, rooms are super clean, AC is super nice and cool.
One last thing is the first night there was a big dance at my party next door until 12am. So check before booking if that happens. It only happened my first night, I think Thursday.
Finally when it rains large puddles form outside and none of the tuk tuks or vans want to go in front of the hotel.
