Stay Koook was a dependable and comfortable find. The room itself was large enough to have a luggage in with the bed conveniently sliding side-to-side for easy access to closet. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the street below that could not be heard when the large windows were closed. This also gave us extremely easy access to the public transportation. The public area had plenty of creature comforts and even included a place you could cook and grab coffee or tea.

A few important factors to point out that would be helpful when choosing a hotel.

1. The whole bathroom is glass, the shower door as well as the door to the bathroom. There is a curtain that pulls in front on the bed area but does not directly cover the bathroom. There is no fan or window or way to prop open door to bathroom which led to or towels staying damp and the air staying stale in there. If someone were to open your room door while you are in the shower they would be able to see directly into the shower area. We did have someone open our door for service before I could get to the door- which would have been awkward if occupying the bathroom

2. There is no TV. Didn’t matter to us but helpful to know.

3. In FAQ it says the room gets serviced every three days, the only thing done in our room was trash removal. Unfortunately no paper products replenished or clean towels. When i messaged for more from the front desk there must have been a communication breakdown because we never did receive them.

Stay KooooK Munich is an exceptional place to stay when visiting the city. Property is very clean (new) and is located close to City Centre and the Munich Central Station (München Hauptbahnhof). Next time we visit Munich we plan to stay at Stay KooooK.

We absolutely loved this place! It was so clean and it was such an easy check in process. The rooms were perfect and bathroom and shower were great. We would for sure stay here again!

Very close to shops very clean and enjoyed the fact that it was all self service. Would stay here again.

The unit I booked had a small, exquisite kitchen. The room was very modern and well-spaced. The only thing I found inappropriate was the transparent glass door of the toilet. The building has a nice commons area with a kitchen for residents.Location is convenient ,public transportation is around the corner.

Great location in the heart of Munich. Ideal and easy access for bus, train and trams. All the main sights walking distance. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, new, clean, all amenities that you might need for a fun stay. Staff are very responsive and accommodating. Able to leave bags before check-in and after to extend the visit to the city. Lots of restaurants, activities, and public transportation in the area. Spacious room, plus the lobby/handout area with a water refill station and coffee. Plus games, video games, and a full kitchen. The only part that was a surprise was the all-clear glass bathroom in the middle of the apartment. Very difficult to have privacy to use the bathroom/shower.

The location is convenient ,walkable and the location is near the hop on & Hop off tour bus. The place is clean & safe.Last but not the least Staffs is very nice & accomodating, Helpful & Allow us to check In early which is really helpful to us to continue our tour and help us settle down to our new place. Ill stay in same place if ill be back in Munich, Germany.

We rented 3 rooms, 2 didnt have AC to start, one never did, they fixed the other after an uncomfortable first night. All the showers overflowed. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location but its poorly maintained and serviced. The tech on our first night (all via phone since no one on site) kind of told me good luck sorry youre room is flooding in the shower and that its hot.

Very convenient to train station and Munich’s main promenade and city center.

Stayed at Munich in a room to accommodate three people. Room was very spacious, big shower, kitchenette and washing machine. Toiletries supplied. Unique though was being able to use the public area which had its own kitchen, laundry, sitting areas to relax or communicate with other travellers; also some supplies to top up if needed. Loved our stay here!

Good location, room was nice but a little dusty. No tv in room.

Loved the spaciousness, high tech facilities but didn’t like the location. That said, in time I know the surrounding buildings will be refurbished. It is next door to the main station which is super handy.

We just finished a 4 night stay at Stay Kooook. We were extremely pleased with our room. While not overly large, it was decorated in a contemporary theme and laid out very efficiently. I think it was perhaps the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in - no sound of elevator doors opening or closing, no outside noise and because there were only two other rooms on our floor, we seldom even heard a door close. Perfect when you are trying to overcome jet lag! The bed was comfortable and we felt we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. We are both in our 70s and had no trouble navigating the digital entry. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the main subway station (Munich Hauptbanhof) and only a few minutes more to the terminal for German Rail (DB) and was also walking distance to Marienplatz and the Old Town. A very convenient location for visitors to Munich! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!
