Great hotel with an amazing staff! Very clean and nicely remodeled
The price was right for the motel .Did not like having to cross street for everything. The check in, breakfast, and ice machine were across the street. Coffee pot was missing, asked for one and waited quite awhile for it. Breakfast wasn't till 7 so we had to leave before it opened. Everything was locked up so couldn"t get coffee either. They are working on inside of rooms which is good. Outside looks scary!
In the shower there was a hole in the wall near where you would turn it on so we could not take a shower. The facet in the sink did not work properly. It is an old motel that has been renovated well. I would not stay there again.
The air conditioner worked well as the heater. We were able to keep the room at a good temperature. The only issue is the parking lot is not designed to handle a trailer with a side-by-side.
Room was adequate had too go across
The room was dirty. There were large dust bunnies under the bed, grime around the bathroom sink, the floors were dirty and there were several ants in the room, getting into our suitcases.
The walls are paper thin and we could hear a full phone conversation from the person in the room next to us.
The motel messed up the reservation from Expedia and did not have my room. They did not do anything to fix the problem, help me find a new room, proactively call me ahead of time, and generally we’re just mean about the whole situation. I had to find another room at 9pm in a town that was sold out already. Ended up driving to the next town over for a more expensed room which they wouldn’t reimburse me for. So bad all around!!
Room was fairly clean on arrival but check in process took 45 min and service was poor as 2 others were checked in ahead of us as we waited even though we were already in the process. We were there for the week, they never cleaned, did not bring clean towels( had to gather up dirty towels and hunt someone down to request clean ones), had to buy TP at the dollar store. Very noisy right on busy street and people came in late and could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. They did have a simple breakfast included that was okay but their entire staff/ family was filling up the dining area.
Pretty bad when you pay over $500 and you are cleaning your own room. The end of the week they did not even have enough clean linens to swap out. 🙄
Everything eas
Good
Nice stay, clean still do remodeling. Had to go across the street for ice.
Para cobrar no tienen post, debo mostrar mi tarjeta y tambien los números de atrás, temo que usen esos datos para fraude.
Very nice!
Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by someone at the door just barely opening it, pointing across the street and with very broken english telling us to check in at the Econolodge or whatever the name was. Had to drive across the street to checkin and then drive back across the street to our room. Also had to stand at the checkin desk for way too long as the checkin person took forever typing whatever he had to type into his computer. There's also very few food options in the area open past 8 pm. Consider staying elsewhere.
Everything was nice
In una splendida “cittadina” di montagna, comodo pulito ed a un ottimo prezzo
We liked the hotel and their hospitality. Information available about the little town and diner-options, touristical information. The continental breakfast was fine. We will come back the next time when we are in Utah.
This was a nice place. Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.
