Pros:

The property itself is high standing and clean.

However, I had issue with hot water that took one day to fix, there was water outage for hours and I could not shower to go run my errands, the breakfast could be better with fruits.

Pros:

Some language barrier but the hotel clerk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me make my stay comfortable. Comfortable seating area in the lobby and decent food at the restaurant. Only feedback is implementing a “do not disturb” sign as they do regular cleanings and ring the doorbell quite frequently but overall would recommend this hotel. Walking distance to a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

Spacious, clean- but lacking amenities
Pros:

The hotel advertises laundry facilities but there are none. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay there, allso because of the perfect location. I would have left, but started to wash my laundry in the sink, but there was no hot water, only cold, and then the water cut out....
There was no breakfast or any coffee the first morning of my stay - stating that I was "too early" (it was 7:45 am on a monday). There was no internet throughout my stay, although they kept promising me it would be available in the next few hours - but it never happened.
I'm sure there are valid reasons for these issues - but to charge over 100$/ night for no water, no laundry, no internet, not even provide a free meal or drink...is a bit much.
That being said the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. The bed very comfortable and good A/C. There is a totally functional kitchen - though without any basic necesseties, like coffee, oil or salt I don't know how you are expected to cook. There were 2 bathrooms, though only 1 with toilet paper. There was a nice desk with a monitor, but the outlets were inaccessible so it was useless. The balcony was nice to have.
I really want to like this hotel - I travel often to Yaoundé and need a reliable place to stay, but won't return until I can be sure it has the amenities one needs for a business trip.
