Pros:

Terrible customer service. They gave me the wrong room at check in and didn’t give me the correct room unti two days later. They called my room a day before checking out asking me am I leaving today. Overall terrible experience. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER book again

Pros:

The staff are very rude and dishonest . They refused to honor my booking from Expedia and was forced to pay extra for my booking .

Also stain on the bedsheet, pillow & duvet.

Pros:

As much as that hotel is fantastic ,the wokers are the best ,the environment is super clean ,
It is good for the online agent to check with them before collecting money as that is the big problem i have so who ever want the hotel should check with the hotel b4 book.
