I had a confirmed booking for a specific unit, but upon arrival, I was assigned to a completely different room that did not match the condition or quality I was expecting. To make matters worse, the owner of the unit seemed more concerned with questioning how I ended up in the wrong room rather than providing an explanation or resolution for the mix-up.
