Great overnight stay! Worth the price!
Pros:

Stood for an overnight visit. Pleasant hotel newly remodeled. Hotel restaurant was very good. Rooms very clean and I would visit again if ever I return to Orizaba. Great overnight stay! Worth the price!

Excellence. This hotel beautiful the staff very polite and attentive. My room was clean on a daily basis and when i say clean i mean perfectly clean and spotless thank you to the cleaning service crew for doing such a wonderful job.the rooms are very nice and comfy with very nice screen tv with options to watch any other entertaining platform. The location is Excellent within the 1st frame of the city and surrounded by many shopping places and parks. The food at the restaurant and the coffe shop where delicious.This will be my number one choice for when i come back to orizaba.

No cuentan con capacidad de estacionamiento, me tocó experiencia terrible con la policía vial por querer multarme por estar esperando entrar al hotel ya que no hay espacio. Súbanle el sueldo al de recepción Sebastián porque resolvió de inmediato la situación, además de excelente servicio en todo y recomendaciones de lugares etc.

En cuestión de estacionamiento están terribles, cuando me fui tuve que caminar con mis maletas más de 7 cuadras con mi familia, en eso pésimo servicio

El personal es muy amable, la documentación para el check in es sencilla y rápida, las habitaciones están muy limpias, silenciosas, son muy agradables visualmente y bastante cómodas, ademas que están equipadas con todo lo necesario. La ubicación céntrica del hotel es excelente, en general fue una excelente experiencia, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré pronto.
