Pros:

It was no problem checking in, and everything was ok. Not an issue with the room, except it is pretty small. Had to pay 25 Euros for the Sauna, really should be included as it’s quite pricey, in my opinion.
Breakfast was wonderful!

Our main issue with this hotel is flies everywhere, at reception, dining areas such as breakfast room, with lack of attention to this by staff. Slow breakfast service and at times sloppy service. The rooms had a bath tub which is unnecessary and for a new refurbished hotel, was a bad idea in my opinion as it cramped the room size. For the overall experience overpriced!

The bathroom had a terrible off gas like sewer smel. At night anytime we run the Aircondition again had this terrible smell coming to the room like a dead raccoon. No conditioner in the showerHotel was supposed to have functioning pool and it was not. Great location friendly staff but the smell and other stuff made it such a bad experience s
