The hotel &Here in Shinjuku is an interesting hotel that makes the most of small spaces, Adding a bunkbed above the side by side main beds gives you space for one extra sleepy head during your stay. The kitchenette and clothes rack provides modest usefulness. If you plan to bring a lot of bags or cook a lot, you may want more.
The standout feature for during our stay was the staff and manager. Always pleasant, always helpful and a bright spot of the hotel. If we had needs they were met, problems were greeted with answers. We felt invited and well taken care. A special callout to Mr. Kanbe, Ms. Hozumi & Ms. Namira, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
the check-in by Trinh was very smooth, the room was great for our 2 kids (7 and 12), the in-house washing machine was very appreciated. the location was around 1km away from central shinjuku which was fine.
Room was excellent and very spacious. We booked western style family room and we were very happy with the amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was close by and walkable. Highly recommend.
Staff; room; location - all fabulous.
Everything we needed was either in the room or provided in the lobby. Room was very clean and very new!
Clean, very comfortable and surprisingly spacious accommodation for family of 4. Great location and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service. The room is clean and the staff is friendly
Convenient, clean and easy! Perfect for trip to Tokyo!
The room was fantastic and clean and the staff were amazing! Great English and made us feel very welcome.
Everything! The room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette (fridge and freezer) and a couch too! The staff was friendly and helpful. A terrific property which we’d highly recommend.
There was a full kitchenette stocked with dining wear and utensils, clean, and very convenient. Close multiple konbinis and subway stations.
Love this hotel and how close it was to a Family Mart. Hotel was new and very cozy. Staff was very nice and attentive. Loved the washer dryer combo in the room that actually dried our clothes.
Very clean and staff was extremely kind and helpful
Clean room and fresh towels daily, washer/ dryer, coffee and tea service, very friendly staff
We stayed for 6 night at this brand new hotel in Shinjuku. The rooms are very spacious and modern, with all the usual amenities you can find in a Japanese hotel. The double bed was made up of two 90cm singles attached to each other and we each had our own duvet. The pyjama provided were very comfy. The shower is spacious and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Towels are changed and bins emptied every day, and the room gets a full clean every 3 days.
We had a room on a high floor with view over the temple at the back, and it was very quiet for Shinjuku. The terrace on the 11th floor has greats view and a decent choice of drinks.
The area around the hotel is ideal. The Shinjuku Sanchome station is a 2min walk and has 3 metro lines. It's also only 10min to Shinjuku station, which will take you pretty much anywhere. During the day you can stroll around the many shop and department stores, and at night, Kabukicho is a short walk away. There were lots of small bars around, most of which seems foreigner and LGBTQIA+ friendly (not necessarily English support but open-minded, good people).
If I could point a few details to improve, it would be a bigger bin, cutlery in the room and for glasses and cups to be cleaned/changed when used (ours were never collected for the whole 6 days and we had no access to washing up liquid).
Our party of 4 stayed here for 8 nights and just truly loved this hotel that just apparently opened in September 2025.
This hotel was nearby the Shinjuku Station… the busiest station in the world!
Was also close to all the shopping & eating places.
The staff here were always friendly & helpful.
We definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!
Room
Pleasant staff and very clean room, sauna was a great addition! Was a little disappointed with the size of the room, looks bigger in the pictures but it was good enough.
Great stay! In a very bustling area but noise was low.
They charged an absurd amount for two kids to share twin beds with their parents.
