Pros:

The room was spotless and gorgeous. James went out of his way to help us in anything and everything.

We travel constantly all over the world, but this was a truly remarkable experience. The owners were alway available and helpful, the tent hotel setup was impressive, and Zhangjiajie mountains are unbelievable.

We are definitely coming back

I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer you definitely could! They had many amenities, just like your luxury hotels. The location might be a little secluded but that adds to the experience of glamping. Thank you all for making my first experience in Zhangjiajie smooth and comfortable. - Mimi :)
