Excellent location.
The hotel was immaculate, staff responsive, food great. Overall a pleasant experience and we will be back for sure.
Nice
Nice facility.
It was only one night but very clean and the staff was attentive
The concierge , valet, bar staff .. everyone was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out
Great new property with an outstanding gym
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
It’s really a nice hotel. In reasonable distance to lots of sightseeing. Tons of restaurants right outside the door.
The penthouse rooms with terrace are beautiful ❤️!
Great location. Rooms are small but attractive. clean and well designed. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
The rooms are really small. Your king bed is all that fits. Not much room to move. No balcony on most rooms. Not much ventilation.
However, we loved the location.
Stayed a night for my wife’s and I anniversary. Everyone who we spoke with
Convenient
Quiet
Food from room service was tasty
Living room, no window, little claustrophobic
Difficult to turn the shower on and off. Complained about it but I don't think they understand how difficult this is for some ( esp those challenged with arthritis or difficulty with
their mobility) Also, could not get hot water to come out of the shower, so we took cold showers. Not horrible, but I
paid top $$ for the room, so it could have been a lot better.
very comfortable very quiet great customer service definitely would stay again. Our room service was amazing.
This is a new Bonvoy Marriott in a perfect location! The hotel is beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. The staff is wonderful. They have a great happy hour. Bartenders are so sweet and make wonderful drinks. The entire staff is lovely. Right in the center of Georgetown walking distance to everything. They offer valet parking, which is a little pricey, but I guess the going rate. The valet staff is very efficient and kind would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
I really liked my room. Compact space but didn't feel small. Beautifully decorated/designed. Had a king-size bed, 2 end tables, Keurig, small fridge, small chair for a desk space for a laptop, and huge TV that didn't feel overpowering for the space. Also, there was an open closet and large mirror. I particularly liked the iphone charging ledge. Bathroom was spacious. Had any of the furniture pieces been larger or ill-fitting, the room would have felt very small, but everything fit well together and created an upscale vibe. Breakfast is additional cost, buffet being $22 and other menu options. Valet parking is additional cost, too ($55 overnight+$10tax=$65, 1-day). Location is great, walking distance to Georgetown and the Key Bridge Boathouse. I was there for a meetup group event to watch the July 4th fireworks on kayaks (for 2025, roughly $135 for 3 hour kayak.rental). And I knew that I would be tired, wet and smelling like river water lol afterwards and I didn't want to contend with the Metro (which is free on July 4th) and the press of people. So, I opted for a 1-night stay, which costed $250+44tax=$294 for the room, which is reasonable for the area. Parking is a huge issue during July 4 and traffic is awful. Gotta tell you, the hot shower after a 3-hour kayak event is priceless.
Great experience! Definitely will be back!!
Very comfortable and good location.
