Pros:

Wow! A whole, big apartment with all amenities, for less than the cost of hotels. Great interiors, high quality modernized. The bed was perfect, immaculate, with a just right, high quality foam mattress and wonderful fluffy blankets. Cooking was all modern, with all kitchenwares provided. Private key provided through website. Caution though- no front desk or attendant on-site. We were only notified of this hours before arriving.

Pros:

Le studio était grand, propre, les lits confortables et l homme qui visiblement faisait partie du personnel nous a été dune grande aide pour le parking et l utilisation de l app.
Nous reviendrons ici si nous repassons dans le coin.
Petits points faibles : pas de sèche cheveux, le parking est très étroit et pentu donc si votre voiture est très grande ou peu puissante l embrayage va souffrir. C est mal indiqué, on n a eu la certitude de l endroit que grâce au Monsieur qui travaillait pour cet hébergement. On s est d abord arrêtés sur le parking à côté pour voir à pied.
Un seul téléphone par chambre pour l app. Nous ne le savions pas et comme mon conjoint est fumeur, il devait prendre mon téléphone pour sortir fumer. Les rideaux de notre chambre étaient cassés. On a réparé au mieux afin de ne pas avoir trop de lumière le matin.

Decent place for few days. Specious and good location. Expedia has a wrong info on their web page, claiming the place has AC. There is no AC so the place was very hot during the heatwave days. They provided second fan so it helped a bit. Overall good stay but not in the hot summer months.
