Everything in its place and very efficient

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice & love it! It’s always so quiet day & nice. The staff is fast & efficient. I love that it’s located in an area with lots of restaurants & stores.

Friendly staff, very accommodating, and goid breakfast. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

They had to change me rooms because my check in room had a lot of spiders and the ac did not work the second room the bed was really low and the mattress had a big dip in the mid section and the upstairs room was real loud moving heavy objects around and jumping around

Attentive people, clean new rooms

Everything was perfect with the refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. Had pots and pans, everything needed for cooking. The only thing we did not like, was that the rooms were not clean at least every other day. Cleaning would be an additional charge. Other than that, it was perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if I travel to Brownsville.

Staff were not very helpful or friendly

I didn’t like that the lights safety feature kept turning off and we had to keep getting up to turn the lights back on.

The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The days I stayed it was terrible however because it was full of kids! They were jumping, running, banging the walls, screaming, yelling at all times of the night!! I didn’t get much sleep at all because of all of the noise! Not a great experience. I think they should have considered other guest when giving the hotel rooms away and keeping the kids on the lower levels and having others on the top floor and a little more secluded from the kids.

The Hotel would not work with us on a "no show policy" they had. Paid for a room for an entire week and we couldnt make it the hotel until the next day after check in time due to car trouble. The Hotel canceled are reservation and stilled billed my card for the entire week. When arrived they wanted us to make a new reservation and would not refund the original weeks charge of $507.12 dollars. Be mindful of their "no show" policy becuase they are not flexible. A call letting us know they were cancelling the reservation would have been nice but they did not

I was extremely turned off with my first interaction at check in I was told that I needed to take out my own trash to the dumpster in order to avoid a few. The sofa in the room was not a sofa sleeper, just a basic college room dorm seater. The bed frame was a simple metal spring frame inside a fake box looking bed frame. The bed was uncomfortable. This was an obvious newly built, modern looking hotel that was on a tight budget and cut corners on what matters. Will never come back
