Pros:

Room cold but modern, jobs had nit quite been finished off properly. The next rooms telly is on the wall where your bed is, so heard nearly every word of their telly, until 1.30 am . Breakfast there was only us in the dinning room, had to wait for it to prepared no milk for cereal and no juice. I asked for scrambled eggs and got warm bread and an omelette cut up, i can not tolerate any fried foods. It was a bit overpriced for what we got

Pros:

Rooms and overall decor of the building was brilliant. Clean, comfortable and such friendly staff. WiFi was great, TV included Netflix and it wasn't a tiny telly you get in a lot of other places. Bathroom/shower was so good. I can't speak highly enough. Will definitely be heading back. Loved it.

Pros:

Messaged before the trip as needed parking but arrived to find no spaces available and have to pay £30 for 12 hours parking. Reception didn’t seem to care.
Asked for VAT invoice, was just given card receipt. Key didn’t work so walked all the way back down to reception, no staff anywhere to be found. When staff finally arrived, they replaced the key but I was then late for the event that was the sole purpose of my visit.
Room was small but manageable. No full length mirror, lots of dark hairs in the bathroom around shower seal. Kettle had approx 2 cups of stagnant water it in. Walls very thin. Could hear all activities in neighbouring rooms. Was awoken by someone else’s phone alarm. No staff anywhere to be seen at check out.

Pros:

I was charged for my room as the receptionist said that it hadn't been paid via Expedia. Additional charge of 20 pounds to park outside the hotel. Room refund given prior to checking out.

Lovely clean and comfortable
Pros:

We only had the one night but the room was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Handily placed for a short walk to the tower area but not too noisy. We will certainly come back next time we are visiting Blackpool.

Our stay at the Empire Inn was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to Blackpool city centre. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making our visit even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Empire Inn to my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Pros:

Amazing new hotel in the heart of Blackpool! Lovely and clean, lift to every floor and nice big beds. Staff were lovely and there was an area to sit and eat food, and also a games room. Parking was tricky because you had to pay a lot for overnight parking, so I would find a free spot on the nearby streets instead. Also breakfast wasn’t included which would have been an added bonus!

8/10 good
Pros:

Arrived little early for check in. Guy on reception said we were ok to wait why he checked if room was ready in bar area where he gave us complimentary bottle of water. We didn’t wait long at all. Parking was limited but man let us park across road for £10 a night.
Room was lovely and modern although gets very hot no air con. Walls are wafer thin could hear next door all night long even snoring.

Perfect for a short visit to Blackpool
Pros:

Had a great nights stay in this hotel. Room was perfect for what we needed. Although slightly on the small side, it’s fine for a night or two.
Rooms are clean and modern, bathroom in excellent condition.

The hotel is in a great location only a ten minute or so walk from central pier and coral island

The one single downside were the beds, I have never slept on something so hard! We may aswell have been sleeping on the floor.

However this would not deter us from staying here again and will likely choose this hotel for all future visits to Blackpool.

Just to note….
There was an issue on check in when the system said we hadn’t paid even though we had however I think this is more of an issue with hotels.com and the hotels system. It was easily and quickly resolved on showing of a receipt. So I would double check before you go whether you have paid already or not.

Pros:

Lovely room. Very friendly service. We had a few drinks in the bar area which was good. There was a games room for the kids. In the room there was extras that you wouldn’t expect. Toothbrush and toothpaste and bottles of water. The bed was a little short but I am tall. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Good comfy hotel
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean and rhe room was modern and comfy and the guys at reception were friendly.
The problem was parking, they had none outside there hotel and had to park at another one of their hotels across the road round the back of an alley and was charged £10.
