今回の滞在はとても満足できました。英語は通じませんでしたが、翻訳機を使って丁寧に対応してくださり、とても親切なサービスが印象的でした。深夜便での帰国だったため送迎バスの時間が合わなかったのですが、英語対応できるスタッフの方がタクシーの手配を手伝ってくれて大変助かりました。

ホテルとディズニー間には無料の送迎があり、ディズニーから地下鉄もあったので移動もスムーズでした。朝食も美味しかったです。子供も気に入って「また泊まりたい」と言っています。次回、上海ディズニーに行く際にも必ず利用したいと思います。

唯一、冷蔵庫があればさらに快適だったと思いますが、全体的にはとても良いホテルでした。

Pros:

They use fake pictures on the ad. It was nothing like pictures. The mattress was too hard, we couldn’t sleep on it. No one speaks English. I was supposed to stay for three nights, however I needed to leave. We left next morning. It was worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Great value but the bed is uncomfortable
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights and the customer service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to communicate with us, they did not speak English but communicated via translator app. They also provided a free shuttle to the airport as well as Disney, and it was seamless. The reason we scored them a little lower is because the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. It was very uncomfortable, so if you’re like me, you will have a hard time sleeping. Overall though the value is worth it!

ディズニーランドに行く為に宿泊しました。送迎バスがありとても助かりました。ホテルの周りにはお店は何もありません。フロントに飲み物は売っています。ホテルの雰囲気はとても良く、フロントの女の子が翻訳機を使いながら親切に対応してくれました。DIDIの使い方がわからず、空港までの手配も手伝ってくれました。

Side road motel at best, not 4 star hotel
Pros:

By NO means this is a 4 star hotel as indicated in the Expedia app. Is a side road motel at best. The pictures are absolutely not aligned with the reality. The bed is har as wood board. The look of the room is terrifying when you arrive expecting the room of the pictures.
The staff is extra helpful and very nice.
