Booked the room before one week of journey and called them within 20 hours of booking to cancel it because of some medical issue that we won’t be able to come they didn’t return the money.

Value for money. Very clean, comfortable and felt very luxurious. Staff was very friend and helpful. Food was delicious and well present - at all restaurants and room service and good variety. Highly recommend this hotel
