The staff is friendly. The manager is very helpful when I need help.

good location with plenty of amenities nearby.
room is clean and staff altitude is excellent.

one thing i dislike is the shower area which is a bath tub. it is quite slippery when wet. It can be a safety hazard for elderly.

suggest to have breakfast at cafe nearby.

nice hotel in a good location

The staff service is very good, the room is as expected for the price. The surrounding is great for walking around the lakeshore, local food, banking, bakeries, shopping. A quieter area than Old Town & Hồ Gươm.

スタッフはどなたもとても感じよく対応してくれるので安心です。客室はとっても清潔で、ベットも枕もバスルームも日本のシティーホテル並です。ホテルに泊まる時、寝る時の灯りに困ることが多いですが、間接照明の調光ができることがすごくうれしかったです。私が宿泊したのはベトナムに多い窓のないお部屋だったんですが、遊びに出ていたのでさほど気になりませんでしたが、唯一のデメリットを書くなら、というくらいで、おすすめのホテルです！

nice customer service and nice rooms

Hotel was not ready for us to check in at 2, saying previous guests were just leaving. We had a reservation, no. Invited us to take a smaller room right away, or give them an hour to clean the room with thee balcony. Which one do you think I took. Recommended a nearby restaurant, while we waited, but it was closed, and would reopen at 5. The tub/shower without a curtain seems inappropriate. The view was nice but the hotel could use a reconditioning. The cleaning staff was great too. Doorman smiley. I usually like to return to ạ place when I find a place that I like. Would not return. Far too many options in the area.

Not really perfect

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and never had an issue. Definitely recommend!

직원분들이 매우 친절합니다. 2층에서 좀더 높은 층으로 옮겨달라는 요청도 들어주시고 가방도 들어주셨어요. 호수 뷰도 너무 이쁘고 주변 식당이나 마사지샵도 돌아다니기 좋았어요

My 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel was beyond amazing. To start with… ALL the front desk folks were very accommodating and willing to help anyway possible. I was first met by the porter immediately while I was exiting my GRAB ride, then inside Max the front desk gentleman. A experience like I’ve never had before. The entire property is amazingly clean and comfortable. The hotel is in probably the best location you can ask for. Lots of coffee shops, eateries, pharmacies, grocery store all within a couple minutes walk Tay Ho lake is directly across the street. I can’t express it well enough, definitely an experience you will enjoy.
Thank you to all the staff of this property. Without a doubt it will be my choice anytime I’m in Hanoi.
