The area is great, very walkable and we took full advantage of that. It looks nice and is decorated well BUT it is not comfortable. The bed is hard as a rock, the couch too. The building is under repair so the entrance is a bit of a mess. The dumpsters in the alley out side of the apt way we're emptied several times at 4am and it was extremely loud and disruptive. The fire alarm went off and we evacuated at 12:30 am and again at 3am, one of the residences said this happens all the time and that there is no fire, he was right, false alarm both times. It was extremely loud and the security guard would make announcements over the speaker several times. We just simply were not comfortable and could not get a great rest. The noise level was a 0 out of ten and the comfort a 0.

Everything was great except for the bed. Considered sleeping on the floor. Would have been softer.
