Best Western Plus Rama Inn & Suites

I thought Best Western Plus hotels are updated; this hotel was not only showing wear, including wallpaper pulling away from wall, stains in the carpet in hallways and in my room, and outside area was very worn and neglected. I was not impressed.

The area is pretty run down and the hotel is older, but the service was excellent, both at check-in and at breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable but again a bit dated.

A good place to stay for the night.

I had stayed in another hotel the previous two days and when I got to Best Western I felt huge relief. Clean, kind, amenities that worked very well. I slept well and enjoyed my time.

Very clean. Highly recommend this place

The carpet is so filthy it turned my feet and wifes feet BLACK! Found that out in the shower. Pillow case had a brown stain. Did not use. I never write reviews but this place could be a health hazard.

It was nice for the area it was in. The staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness and tidiness needs to improve. Beds and sheets were stinky and needed cleaning. Carpets were dirty and so were towels - had stains. The only star was accessibility to i84.

access to the room was great. The bed was comfortable. This looked to be an old Best Western converted to a Best Western Plus. for the price, I feel I paid way over price even in today's economy. never again

Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room, soft towels.

The room was quiet and clean. The mattresses and pillows were great. My daughter didn't like the bedding on the bed. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

Staff is super friendly and nice. Room had seen better days. Had to almost force the room door shut, there's reddish discoloration on the wall by the shower from being constantly wet, the lino in the bathroom is peeling up from where it meets the shower, toilet wouldn't compelling flush until the last day i was there, wifi was kind of hit or miss.

Second time i stayed there and it looks like they're mid renovation on it. Based on their crew alone I'd stay there again. Upper end of the hotel breakfast spectrum.

Convenient, quiet, safe

Property its self was good. House keeping and breakfast attendant had good customer service. The girl at the front desk could do better. Checked in and booked 3 rooms through expedia and I did not know they would be undr different reservation s do to one booking. But they were and she was very rude. Also the 2nd day everyones keys in our party stopped working and we had to go to the front desk for rest.

Overall a great stay. Quiet and the staff are great!

Super friendly staff, I felt really comfortable and not like just another out of towner.
