Room was dirty, stinky and not well maintained

Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Had follow up with other staff needing a blanket, very friendly and helpful.

The room had a stinky dirty smell. The toilet had poop stains and had not been cleaned. The tile around the shower floor was brown and nasty. I did not stay at the property- ended up going to holiday inn across the street and would like to request a refund.

The phone did not work but the front desk person said the phone will be fixed next morning due to his non availability

Pool was green not cleaned in 4 weeks i was told
Breakfast not set up until 7am

We were traveling to Texas, and we were tired. It had been a long time since we'd stayed at a Best Western. We were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and very nice. The pool water was green, but we weren't going to be using it. The staff was great. Breakfast was ok....it's hotel breakfast. The lady working breakfast was very sweet. If we need to, we will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here for the night. It was the perfect rest stop for our little family on our way to the beach. Everything was convenient and clean. Pool was very green, so we didn’t use it, but that was no big deal.

Nice place to stay

Great stay overall. We enjoyed everything except the limited breakfast offerings. The lobby and room are both comfortable and look new/recently renovated. Our room was in good condition, including a pod-brew coffee pot.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for two nights. Everything about this hotel is excellent! The location is great, the staff was friendly, our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything good, liked ceiling fan, coffee setup, bed, cleanliness

Our ac didn’t work the best. The bed was okay. The sofa bed was terrible. The pool did not have working pool lights. You could hear everything outside and in the hall. Our bedroom did not have any body wash in the shower so we had to use the bar soap from easing our hands. It was okay.

Our stay was great. Access to major highway, gas stations and restaurants. Minutes from neighborhood of relatives. The 25 mile raduis allows for quicker trips to multiple towns/cities that family members live in.

My Accesible room did have a roll in shower with a chair, but the shower head itself was wall mounted with no handheld option which made it pretty useless for me.

Really nice hotel albeit somewhat pricey for this type of hotel. Would have given five stars but security is an issue. The side door never locked and allowed access to rooms without using keycard. Also, the door to our room didnt close all the way without pulling it shut!!!!
