Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is indeed quite good. The front desk staff, Xiao Wu, is very efficient and got the check-in done in just a few clicks. The room is clean, bright, and hygienic, very comfortable. The cleaning lady even wrote a small note reminding me of the temperature drop tomorrow, which is a thoughtful detail from her. It's really commendable. Such excellent and thoughtful services and small details can really impress a detail-oriented person like me. I have already saved it, and for future business trips to Shanghai, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

It's about a ten-minute walk to the Bund, and there are robots delivering takeout, which is very convenient. The breakfast options are diverse, and the environment is great. It's worth recommending. The room facilities are all very new, and the front desk staff at Yyu Hotel are very friendly and attentive. The location is great, not far from People's Square, making dining and shopping very convenient. The facilities and equipment are well-equipped. The location is easy to find, and the transportation is convenient, with parking available. The front desk service is very warm and attentive.
