Pros:

This is a new hotel located in a residential area. It’s a no-frills place that offers everything a traveler might need: a clean room, basic toiletries (including a toothbrush and toothpaste), a washer and dryer, and an elevator.

Since it's in a residential neighborhood, there are plenty of local eateries within a one-minute walk. I had the best Tom Yum shrimp soup with rice and a drink for just $7 including tip! And I managed to enjoy that while waiting for my laundry to dry.

The hotel also offers luggage storage, which was incredibly helpful when I traveled to Hua Hin from Bangkok. Overall, it’s a great value for the money. It’s also conveniently close to Don Mueang (DMK) Airport, with an airport transfer costing only 40 baht. The whole staff is wonderful. They were a huge help to me. Stay here if you are flying out of DMK.
