Pros:

The room was very nice. We had to switch rooms due to malfunctioning air-conditioning. The staff was wonderful with that and moved us to a different room without a fuss. The property is very cute.

The biggest issue is that the WiFi does not work in all of the rooms.

Lo primero de todo es que este hotel no tiene seguridad y la manager o supervisora como se le puede decir es una persona con una actitud demasiada arrogante , al parecer ese roll de manager no es para ella. Los portones del hotel siempre estan abiertos las 24 horas del dia , no hay privacidad, aparte de eso me robaron mi cell en un problema que ocurrio alla y la manager no queria mostrarme los videos para yo saber quien me robo mi cell y dijo que las camaras estaban dañadas ese dia que me lo robaron, entonces como ir a un lugar asi donde la atencion con la manager es horrible no sirve para nada y que te roben tus pertenecias en el mismo hotel. Para nada recomiendo ese lugar no es seguro.
