O quarto não está nas melhores condições. O quarto família tem um espaço muito bom, porém os chuveiros estão bem sujos e velhos (mas funcionam bem). Móveis antigos bem desgastados e sem manutenção. Na área externa tem uma quadra de tênis com pontos que geram riscos aos hóspedes. A ferrugem comeu quase tudo e tem ferros pontiagudos. Falta realmente uma boa manutenção no hotel. As pessoas que trabalham lá são excelentes. Dou todo o valor a elas. Reposição de toalhas sem questionamentos e com uma cortesia de figuras montadas com as toalhas a cada dia de arrumação do quarto.
Café da manhã com horário reduzido (de 8 às 10hs) com qualidade satisfatória.
Não há nenhum outro tipo de serviço, como pratos para almoço ou jantar. Restaurante só funciona para o café da manhã. Os bares externos estão fechados (quiosque perto da piscina e bar na beira da praia). O local é bonito, mas ficamos assustados no primeiro dia com o cheiro do armário (que é muito antigo e sem manutenção) e também com a conservação do hotel no geral. Nos demais dias a gente até acostuma com as coisas lá. Rsrs.
Cobram diária para pet, mas não há nada em troca quanto a isto (ou seja, leve tudo que seu pet precisa e cuide dele. Hotel não fará nada por ele).
Quanto as roupas de cama, toalhas, pratos, talheres e etc, achei tudo limpo. Só o imóvel mesmo que está muito mal cuidado.

Equipe ótima, hotel com muito espaço de lazer, piscina muito boa, café da manhã com variedade e quitutes saborosos, praticamente pe na areia, bem localizado, só um porém: prédio precisacsa de uma repaginagem, tufo muio antigohotel

Pros:

Achei o hotel muito bom por ser pé na areia. Mas tá muito abandonado, esse sábado o quiosque nem estava aberto, eu tive que ir pedir pra colocar cadeira na areia, sendo que pelas fotos parecia ser impecável
