Pros:

i never had the opportunity to stay at the property. the morning of, they contacted me via Whats App to let me know that the room that I booked had an issue and they were no longer able to accomodate my reservation. they offered to put me in an alternate room in an alternate building that didnt match my original reservation. i declined as the reviews for the alternate property werent satisfactory. the problem is that they informed me last minute and i had to scramble for new lodging. I do not recommend based upon reliability.

Pros:

The Emily Lim tower is a we work office building. It was not where we were staying. After some confusion and calling the contact, we were actually staying at the Marq luxury towers next door. Once we got in we had a contact host named Thien who was very helpful. We could message when we needed anything. The staff were very friendly and loved waking up to the locals every morning for coffee and banh mi. Grocery store next door and the cutest spa that offered head shampoo and massage service for 180k dong. And the rooftop pool was amazing with great views of the city.
