Pros:

This hotel is excellent. They have thought of everything, from earplugs by the bed to a digital Robert’s radio playing classic fm when you arrive. Beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Great bar and restaurant and wonderful staff.
I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and this is up there and way better than a lot of far more expensive places I’ve stayed. If I’m ever in the area this will be where I stay.

Pros:

I noticed that some of the staff at the restaurant are not friendly.
Got a wrong order on my breakfast and ask for the right one and it was charged again.

Original furnishings and cosy feeling room
Pros:

Very clean and attractive hotel. Room was beautiful and quite a bit classier than your average hotel despite the price being average.

Wonderful refurbishment of the well located pub/ hotel. Great service, friendly staff, lovely recent interior design, great food, comfortable beds & sheets and nice welcome touches. Worth 5 stars for quality, value for money and everything,

Pros:

What an amazing place to stay! Staff are so friendly and just want to make your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Room was perfect and the food was stunning. My wife has food allergies, and the staff was so helpful with this. If you get the chance to stay here - then please do, as it will not disappoint.

Beautiful room with high quality food and service
Pros:

An absolutely wonderful hotel for a couple mini break. Stunning contemporary interiors and dreamy comfortable bed. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. The bacon was particularly worth trying - clearly care about the quality of food they are serving. Staff were professional and polite and we would never have guessed they were only open for a week. Well done Ragged Robin team you are doing a great job.
