Hotel ist sehr gut nur das Personal war etwas überfordert beim Checkin und beim Checkout Zimmer wurde doppelt berechnet, und dann gab es Probleme beim Geld zurücküberweisen

Pros:

Ansich ist Moxy ein schönes Hotel . Leider mussten wir bis 17.00 Uhr warten bis wir unsere 2 Zimmer bekommen haben. In dem einen Zimmer war dann das Zahnputzglas mit Lippenstift verdreckte. Im anderen Zimmer war das Spannbetttuch nicht eingesteckt und mit Flecken verdreckt.
Also echt unangenehm. Am nächsten Tag hab ich nur eine Karte bekommen bei der ich es melden sollte . Nicht sehr zuvorkommend.
