Väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Rummen hade en liten kyl, mjuka täcken, bra AC och bra badkar. Sängen var aningens hård och enstaka gånger kunde man höra något tåg passera, men inte så att man vaknade. Inga problem att få tvättid till tvättmaskinerna. Trevliga gratis produkter i lobbyn som badsalt, morgonrockar, kaffe, ansiktstvätt mm.

Pros:

I stayed in Room 805. Amazing room. Spacious and it had a washing machine/dryer! Liquid gold for a traveller. Water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Breakfast was good, small selection but good. Only complaint is the beds were sooooo hard. Staff helpful. Location excellent.

The greatest thing about Japan and Osaka is how friendly everyone is. If you like a more laid back experience, Osaka is the ticket. Its like a frat party, but city wide.

All the comforts and amenities of a business hotel with some upgraded design features. There’s no bar/cafe on premise, as was indicated on the website, but the continental breakfast and coffee were good. The staff was welcoming and professional.

万博のために利用しました。会場までは電車乗り換えありで40分ほどですがホテルが駅近なので行きも帰りも楽でした。エントランスの雰囲気がよく、まったりした空気が流れている良い感じのホテルでした。チェックイン前やチェックアウト時の手荷物預けもスムーズでした。

予約して到着したが、フロントで受付をする時に名前がないと言われた。
新人スタッフ3人しかおらず、面倒くさいお客様と思われたか気分が悪くなりました。
初日は歯ブラシの準備がない、清掃は適当クーラーはきかず暑かったです

とても綺麗で対応が良いホテルでした。駅からも近く、薬局やコンビニも徒歩圏内にあるので、立地も最高です。強いて言うなら、朝食やカードカーの使い方、ホテルから外へ出る際の方法等をチェックインの時に説明してもらえると助かりました。

최근에 리모델링 한 듯 깔끔한 객실 내부와 4인 가족이 다 만족할 정도의 크기 (침대는 좀 단단했지만, 저희 가족은 개인적으로 푹신푹신한 침대보다 단단한 느낌의 매트리스를 좋아하기에 문제될 건 없었습니다.) 욕실 샤워실 다 청결했고 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다. 조식은 비교적 간단한 구성인데 있을 거 다 있고 일정 나가기 전에 후다닥 먹고 나가기 좋다고 생각합니다.

新大阪から地下鉄で2駅しかもエレベーターがある出口から近いのがとても便利でした。
お部屋の掃除(洗面所に髪の毛が落ちてた)やバストイレの換気扇が回ってなかったり(カビの匂いやシャワーを使用した後の換気がされないなど)……と、不便まではいかないですけど、日本のホテルの基準だと普通レベルもしくは以下かな？と思いました。
スタッフさんも外国の日本語が話せる方が主で外国人観光客向けのホテルだなと言う印象です。

朝食付きプランにしていたのですが、朝食か
7時半からだときき、出発する時間の問題で食べられないことが発覚したのですが、チェックインのスタッフさんはプランの変更も代替案もなしだったのですが、チェックアウトのスタッフさんはパンをテイクアウトさせてくれて柔軟な対応でとても助かりました。

シャワーや水道の水圧はめちゃくちゃ強いので笑
さすが大阪水の都だなと感じました。
