Since the rebranding of holiday inn into some new ownership a significant deterioration! Poor service, the gym a failure… still good located in walking distance to the airport

The staff is very nice and professional and extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and the renovation was such a great upgrade. It is modern, fancy yet warm.

I will surely stay there again the issue was our shower when you use it the water ran to the outside floor used lots of towels

I liked the room . Only hope to see improvement in the food.

If I'm honest, i was a bit skeptical about booking the property because the reviews weren't amazing, but i went ahead away because the price was decent, it was conveniently close close to the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle,

i appreciate the shuttle service being kind enough to wait for me, even though the flight and my baggage was delayed

The check-in process was smooth, after it was long flight and the gentleman, Paul, who assisted me was very helpful

Loved the room, very modern and comfortable with a good view

My personal favorite was the food and the cafe, its Great for meetings with good Wi-Fi
They have ice cream, which is a nice touch

The Lamb chops i had for lunch was great, cooked to perfection. it reminded me of the one i had in New York earlier this year, and that caught me by surprise!

The hotel WIFI server is very horrible. The experience was terrible to say the least. They need a new wifi system overhaul.

We were without wifi or phone service for several hours and it wasn't until i tried using my personal phone to call the front desk that a receptionist apologized for the tardiness and the problem resolved temporarily only to repeat itself all over again.

When you're logged on the wifi, it keeps bouncing you back off and requesting a password and authentication before it temporarily logs on again and it keeps repeating this nuisance.
This is not working. There's got to be a better way.This unresolved wifi issues takes away from the other great experience of the hotel.

After having published my first evaluation, the hotel reacted and did modification regarding the breakfast and offer now a buffet. I trust they will imprive again with this mindset.

The only negativ point for me is the room service. The menu is a bit limited and meals are often not available. I ordered 4 times and they did mistakes 3 times. Not to mention that it is extremly dlow 45mn to 1h15. I decided to eat outside as much as possible. This hotel will improve and I will give them a chance again next time. A bit expensive for this prestation but their asset is also the availability of the airport shuttle.
Do not accept a first floor room , it is too noisy.The noise is not from outside hotel or the room but ftom the music in the lobby.

Very confortable and clean. Shuttle seevice availaible. The problem.is the breakfast, not a buffet and very slow and limited. Nithing fancy. For the room service no menu available and anyway the phone in the room.was not working. Internet is poor and there is roo much electricity shut downs.

We were scheduled to be at the airport at 5 am and requested the shuttle take us. At 445am they were still looking for the key to the shuttle I which they never found. They took us to the airport in one of the employees very small car. The chef was the only employee that had passion. He not only served us breakfast but took us to the airport.
