Our unit had recently been remodeled but hadn’t been fully completed. So the actual unit did not match the photos on the website. The battery to the remote lock was dead so the code wouldn’t work to open the door. When I called the 24 hour number no one answered. Twice. Luckily I ran into the property handyman and was able get me a key.
Very comfortable room and the bed was great! Top quality linens, pillows and towels. Will be a go-to for next trip in the area.
Clean! 2 couples were so comfortable. I would recommend 💯 percent
We received an invite to have a glass of wine in the restaurant which was non-sensical as the restaurant was closed

The bedding was plush and so comfortable. The deck was comfortable and had Adirondack chairs.

Great clean place if you are looking to stay around Newburyport. You can walk across the bridge to downtown. The room is great and clean, just no amenities. Bring a cooler with drinks and any food / snacks you might want. It’s a great option if you just want to crash and have easy access to the restaurants and shops. Pleased with how clean it is.
The room was perfect! Plenty of room for the 3 of us, nice amenities and an absolutely gorgeous view. A 5 minute drive to downtown Newburyport
The room was left uncleaned from the last person who used it. Used towels all over the room. Used toothbrushes and dental floss left in the shower. Used sheets and pillow cases. There were no towels to use. There was no staff on site. The parking lot was pitch black so you could not see where your room was. I did not stay at the room for obvious reasons and will utilize my trip insurance. I will file a complaint with the local health department and the better business buteau.
WIFI stopped working after the first night, notified and never repaired.
Don't walk barefoot, Carpet Tack Strip between rooms is exposed.
Check in communications (of room and code) was lacking. Needed to speak with customer service
The property was clean and generally well-maintained. While the walk across the long bridge may not suit everyone, it does provide access to a variety of nearby restaurants if you're up for it. The advertised view was a bit misleading—likely only available from a top-floor room, which wasn't the case for me. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken during my stay and wasn't replaced, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was decent.
Nothing was open, we had to go across the bridge but we received a couple of messages stating the restaurant/bar was open (but it was not).

You never see anyone , it is all on line . You cannot get in room until 4 . I had to call at 4:10 to get my code . Then I left at 540am. They sent a text to check out by pushing a button, by the time I got off my plane - it was 11am . They will probably charge for a late check out . The room was nice and clean , but good luck if you have problems a with anything. They also put a 200 pending charge on your credit card for 7 days .
The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The front door had 2 doors that both locked so felt very safe. Conveniently located. My only concern was you can hear the people talking in the next room. Other then that it was a great place

I like the quietness of the place as I was looking for a place to relax. It is surrounded by a couple of restaurants and plenty of other places close by where you can eat or take out. I just wish our room has a microwave.

All the emails and texts and I couldnt find the room number. Had to provide waaaay too much info to check in. A call was needed to find the room. No people to help. Had to use my phone flashlight to find the room number. The free drink offered was for a place that was closed.
