Great concept, needs alot of work and no customer service. The technology is fine. The bed is hard as a rock. You are there to sleep. They placed a box spring mattress with a 2 inch mattress pad, see photo, it is like laying on the ground. When I called to speak to the manager, she was very rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about, it is a mattress. I explained
I had photos. I asked to talk to her boss and she said she was the boss. After talking to a few employees I found out she was the manager of the hotel, but there is a property manager. I called and asked for her to call me and never received a phone call back. They only provide a few coffee pods, one dish washer tablet and no ice machine. When I called and asked for refills I was told I could purchase these items in the store. The window treatments are cheap and do not block light. They have limited towel racks, one is above the toilet so you don't have enough places to hang your towels. No recycling can are provided. No furniture to enjoy the porch. People come from the area to enjoy the bar and security is limited. Should have key pads to access the upper floors in the elevator. Kitchen is very limited stocked, cutting board but no knives. No dish towels, oven mitts or drying towels. In fact the oven still has the plastic on it. The internet is very slow, which is ironic since it is suppose to be a high tech hotel. No cleaning service unless you order it 24 hour
Beds are very hard and lots of noise at night
Brand new hotel. We loved the amount of space available for 3 adults, loved the pool area, and the full size refrigerator for our drinks and snacks. Staff was polite and responsive.
This place is the most wonderful place that i stay .... i can give 12/10 for everything we are more and Happy.
We took a chance on this new apartment hotel. The AI is completely overdone. Our apps never worked to unlock doors. Staff were friendly and tried to help but they had no idea how to fix issues. We ate our dinner on the luggage cart outside our room 9:30 at night. Multiple doors lock you in the halls and you can’t leave or pass through. Manager on duty pretended it was just a one off. Staff did not even really seem Ed concerned that we were very unhappy and paying to work out their bugs on soft opening. Promised free night stay etc for our constant problems. She never followed thru on offers. I had to reach out and ask multiple times. This is a very brief explanation of 3 days of the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Definitely don’t recommend!!!
I stayed during their soft open, so there are still a few glitches to work out, but overall the property is beautiful. The pool was not fully heated (perhaps because there are so few guests there yet) and the restaurants have not opened yet. The rooms are spacious and clean and have some nice touches. I imagine the price will shoot up after the official grand opening, so I found it to be well worth the value at the pre-opening rates.
It was a soft opening. So lots of work being done, with that being said, you need your phone to access rooms, building and pool. Bed is very creaky. Free parking though, lots of space, very clean. Would definitely check out again once they’re done.
sparkling clean, the apartment was larger then we expected and beautifully furnished. its 5 min from the strip, but you do need a car or an Uber to get around. nothing is really walkable. Highly recommended!
Our room's door malfunctioned and would not work for the first 3 days. We had to "ask" someonebto unlock our door each time. There were no rubish containers outside - there were places for the containers, just no containers. Staff was super friendly.
No working WiFi in room or cell service. Took an hour to bring towels. Not all staff spoke English.
Time consuming looking for room. I have rented many kitchenettes in NYC and in many other states and this one was the only one without steak knives, without a blender, mixer, and especially a utility or paring knife. So what’s the purpose of renting a kitchenette without all that. We literally had to go out and buy a knife just to cut potatoes and steak…but overall the room was very new, clean and cozy and had an awesome shower and balcony. Very beautiful room and nice kitchen but hopefully they add more kitchen utensils in the future, because people do like to cook. That is the purpose of renting a kitchenette. I didn’t care to much of the area it was located at but not so bad. I would definitely rent there again and recommend this place to friends and family but I will let them know to take their own kitchen utensils. It did have a big plastic knife that did not cut anything, Staff was friendly and professional and it was very convenient checking in and out because everything there is AI powered.
Very expensive for the experience. App was glitchy and was the only way to access key to room, check in process took 30 mins, WiFi and cell service were sporadic so working is a challenge, hair in the shower when we arrived, TV’s require a streaming service to watch and none are provided, no coffee maker in the room as advertised, have to pay extra for everything, including room cleaning.. the staff was kind but the focus of this hotel is not on the experience the guest is having at this point. Hopefully they work out the kinks since they’ve only been open for a couple months
This was a perfect place to stay for our siblings trip. Very nice, new apartment, clean and everyone working there was very friendly. Rebecca at the front desk was very sweet and helped answer all of our questions. We also had fun talking with Oto. Highly recommend!
We arrived with an early check in of 3, but were told after 4pm when we arrived that our room was not ready. I was asked to download an app that did not work nor was integrated with my current reservation. Car charger did not work for our Rivian, only 1 of its kind. Room keys did not work to open our door. Could not get on WiFi network. Room next door had a party and it was loud in our room. The shades for the windows don't fit so the light spill from the courtyard was super bright in our room. Hard to sleep with how bright it was. Then we got in bed. The bed creaked and made noise any time there was movement so it constantly woke us up. The whole thing was weird. Their vibe is technology meets hospitality, but that was certainly not happening for us. Tech wasn't there, neither was seamless integration nor basics like well designed beds and window shades. I understand they are in the process of opening, but I don't see this stuff getting fixed any time soon considering the design issues are not tech and expensive to remedy.
The app said my room wasn’t ready even after the check in time. I had to go in person to check if my room was ready 2 hours after check in time.
Everything is perfect
Enjoyed the property, the staff was very cordial, Rebecca, greeted us with a smile and was very attentive to my needs and sent housekeeping when I called for service. Definitely will return to stay here again.
We didn’t bring a pet or stay by the pool. We came k to town with family to go to the Raider game.
New property a few glitches but overall 5 star fantastic place .
Stay for one night. Friendly staff.
