Pros:

boa localização. Funcionários atenciosos (destaque para Ana da recepção). manutenção deixa muito a desejar. Dá para ver que os reparos são feitos de qualquer jeito! Box do banheiro extremamente apertado (obeso não consegue entrar). toalhas de banho muito desgastadas. Cama e travesseiros ok. café da manhã ok.

Pros:

Minha experiência foi terrível nunca na minha vida fiquei em lugar como esse hotel.
Na check in meu nome não estava na reserva.
Foi muito constrangedor.
O lugar é muito sujo o quarto foi um absurdo.
É um puxadinho onde janela do banheiro de outro quarto está no quarto em eu estava.
Tinha hóspede fumando o cheiro de cigarro todo dentro do quarto.
No café da manhã não tinha funcionários às mesas todas com louças sujas.
Não tinha xícaras e pratos limpos a recepcionista teve que ir lavar fora que as louças estavam todas com quebradinhos na borda um perigo.
Eu e minha família e outros hóspedes ficamos aguardando até ela trazer às louças .Quando fomos nos servir não tinha café e nem leite.
Mais uma espera até fazer outro café e repor o leite.
As mesas sujas com restos de comidas.
Nunca mais nunca vivi isso.
Senti muito por minha família ter passado por isso.
Tudo tive que pedir cobertas,toalhas.
O banheiro só uma folha de vidro do Box.
A cada banho o banheiro todo molhado.
Num quarto com cinco pessoas.
Tendo idosa e criança.
A funcionária Fernanda, é muito atenciosa e carrega nas costas.
Super prestativa e faz de tudo para contornar.
Porém o proprietário tem que melhorar muito.
A TV do quarto não funciona não tem controle remoto.
Os ventiladores de tetos todos muito sujos.
Não indico espero que mais ninguém passe por isso.
É uma experiência triste.
Nunca mais me hospedo nesse lugar.

Pros:

Cheguei no local eles não acharam minha reserva e queria cobrar mais caro do que o valor que reservei.
Mal tinha quarto e o que tava liberado as tomadas não encaixava o carregador, teto todo mofado e com vazamento, banheiro super apertado com mofo no teto e vários buracos.
Pelo valor pago deveria ter mais qualidade.

Pros:

No início já deu problema com minha reserva, estava desacordo com o que foi acordado. O quarto é minúsculo, banheiro vazando água, mal limpo, hotel meio bagunçado pro meu gosto.
