Not great
Pros:

So, we went here because the price was good, and it had a pool and billiards table. However, the pool was so dirty that no one swam in it. The billiards table had 2 cues and no chalk so we couldn't play.
Also, there was no hot water. Major bummer.
Finally, it's out of the way so we could not get a Tricycle and had to walk for a couple of miles to find transportation.
