Pros:

It was a very beautiful hotel and I had a luxurious stay.
Since it was an apartment-style room, I opened the cupboard to use a glass, but it fell out and broke.
I cleaned it up myself, put the pieces in a bag, and handed it to the front desk.
At that time, all they said was, “If you break something, there’s a charge.”
No one asked me about the fact that the glass was already in a position to fall when I opened the cupboard, nor did they show any concern about the glass shards.
They didn’t even ask if I was okay cleaning it up.
It wasn’t about the price (around RM19), but that lack of care was disappointing, especially since everything else was great.

Pros:

Its a very new property and fantastic facilities, very nice rooms and very very new. The staff even though quite new, are very hospitable. The breakfast is great and the pool as well. Location is very very central and very close to the KLCC. We stayed in a 2 room configuration which was great, value for money as well and we were able to walk to the Convention hall within couple of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - Patrick

Amazing hotel, great staff, location is a straight 10-15min walk into the Pavilion shopping centre.

Amazing roof top area with beautiful city views and, of course, a direct view of the famous Petronas towers, good breakfast, good pool for adults with a large kids pool which a toddler can easily stand in.

The rooms are beautiful and large, they come with a washing machine, great air conditioning.

Overall amazing experience would highly recommend and will be returning here in the future!

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Hotel is conveniently located but the area is quiet and doesn’t have alot of food within walking distance. Perfect for GrabFood and chill. Cleanliness can be improved as trash from previous guests were left behind and bottle provided for water refill was wet when we arrived.

3 早餐煎蛋太慢了，廚師好忙
4 香味太濃烈，連健身房都不停冒出香氛，不舒服
